As a contractor, working between Brisbane and Tweed Heads, it is perfect living right in the middle. And with no traffic between home and the highway, being late is never an issue and more.

Alright the rent might be a bit higher than I hoped. $240. But with such a small country town atmosphere, in a Gold Coast suburb, any price is really worth it
